Callum Hudson-Odoi offers Chelsea boost with positive fitness update. The Chelsea 18 years old forward hopes to be back before the season starts.
Odoi posted footage of himself training for the first time on twitter. He wrote under it “hoping to come back soon”.
The young forward has been one of the best academy players for Chelsea. Together with Loftus-Cheek and also Mason Mount.
The academy products will be looking forward to getting a lot more chances with the first team this season.
Because Chelsea has been banned for two transfer windows for inappropriate registration of under aged players.
Chelsea appeal rejected
Chelsea made an appeal for the transfer ban to be lifted but the appeal was rejected by Fifa.
The “Blues” furthermore forwarded the case to Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS).
CAS made an Official statement that they have received an appeal from Chelsea for the transfer ban to be lifted.
Chelsea fans on social media were angry about the appeal and wanted the transfer ban frozen rather than lifted.
They were very sure that the ban will not be lifted and their club should have appealed for the ban to rather be frozen.
Hudson-Odoi offers Chelsea Huge boost ahead of the new season
Chelsea face injury crisis ahead of 2019/2020 season. Willian, Rudiger, Odoi, Reece James, and Loftus-Cheek has all been injured.
Willian got injured playing for Brazil national team in the Copa America. He has not been back from the summer break.
The Brazilian who is injured is enjoying his summer break in Brazil and will be back with the Chelsea team in few weeks.
He also helped Brazil to win the Copa America tournament. Brazil beat Peru in the final to win the trophy.
Antonio Rudiger also posted images of himself in the gym at Dubai while he continues his rehabilitation exercise.
He hopes to be back soon at the beginning of the season and does not want to rash.
Reece james also underwent surgery. It is unknown when he will actually start training with the team.
Loftus-Cheek rather just took of his protective boots and will be looking to start rehabilitation exercise sooner than later.
With all these worries, Hudson-Odoi coming back soon will be a positive boost for his team.
